Mil Sabores means a thousand flavors — and that's exactly what Edwin and Yohana Mondragon set out to deliver. Mil Sabores started as a food truck in 2019 — built on family, hard work, and a dream to share the food they grew up with. Edwin brings the bold street flavors of Mexico; Yohana brings the warmth and comfort of Venezuelan home cooking. Together, they built something the neighborhood made their own.
